Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of the four UNSCC Officers and six additional Board Members. The function of the Board of Directors shall be to perform all functions required of directors of a nonprofit corporation - including (but not limited to) approving contracts and expenditures, approving the admission of new members, hiring and firing employees, and adopting public positions.

UNSCC Officers, the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, compose the Executive Committee of the UNSCC. This committee sets the agenda for the Board and Advisory Council Meetings, reviews membership applications, and handles the business of the organization between board meetings.
